How To: Use Miappi Folders

Want to save user generated content for a specific campaign? Seen some content isn’t right for your current campaign but you know will be relevant for a future campaign? Miappi has just launched Folders. An intuitive way to keep your best contend organized and ready to use. Let’s have a look at how best to use this Miappi feature.
Step 1.

Navigate to the Curate page to view all of the social content your Miappi is drawing in.

Step 2.

To manually add individual content to Miappi Folders, hover over a post and click on the Miappi Folder icon.

Step 3.

Once the pop up appears, either click to add the post to a pre-existing folder or create an entirely new one, clicking Add when you’ve finished naming and creating your new folder.

Step 4.

Folders also works with our automated Moderation Rules to make the bulk collection and organization of content easier. To use Folders with the automated Moderation features go to the Moderate page.

Step 5.

Once you have created and set your rule Conditions, At the bottom of the page you will see an option to set the content to ‘Show’ ‘Hide’ or ‘Add to Folder’. As with the Curate page you can either create a new folder or set the moderated content to go to an existing folder.

Step 6.

To view your Miappi Folders and the content within them, expand the Advanced Options tab on the Curate Page. Here you should see the various folders you have created. To see content contained within it, simply click on the appropriate folder.
