How It Works
As content is collected through your Miappi, Sentiment Analysis will scan the text portion of every post and decide whether it should be white-listed (appear on your social wall) or gray-listed (not appear on your social wall). The decision takes milliseconds and is based on a list of criteria you can set in the Rules Engine.
In terms of the how you set your criteria, the choice is yours. This feature can be impressively specific, detecting the sentiment, intent and flamboyance within the text portion of social content– ideal for brands with a strong image to maintain.
