Welcome to this Miappi How To tutorial. In this tutorial we’ll show you how to re-authenticate your social media feeds.
Step 1.
In some instances you might find that your content page is not collecting information from particular social media feeds or it is no longer possible to use features such as engage on existing posts. This may be down to your App Token expiring, meaning you will need to re-authenticate a particular social media feed.
Navigate to the Feeds page via the Curate sub-menu.
Step 2.
The broken link icon indicates your App Token has expired and your Miappi is no longer authenticated and collecting content from this particular feed. Click the link icon to re-authenticate. At this point you may need to re-enter your relevant social media log-in details.
Step 3.
Notice how the link icon is now no longer broken indicating your feed has been authenticated and you are now collecting content from this particular feed.
