With the Miappi Shopper feature, you can now add product images (or any image) to your call to action buttons. Shopper CTA images appear when a user hovers over the social media post. This feature is designed to augment the call to action by showing a shoppable pack-shot of a product seen in the social media post. See the guide below to learn how to use this particular feature.
Step 1.
Navigate to the Curate page to view all of the social content your Miappi is drawing in.
Step 2.
To use the Miappi Shopper feature, you must first add a CTA. To do this, hover over a post and click on the Call To Action (CTA) icon.
Step 3.
Once the pop up appears, enter your CTA, redirect URL and the image link to form your Miappi Shopper for the particular post. Once you’ve finished, click Save and close the pop-up.
Step 4.
Click View to preview your social wall and your Miappi Shopper feature. Now your Miappi Shopper image should appear whenever a user hovers over your CTA.
