The Miappi Information panel feature is designed to provide you with the necessary information to help you better understand the functionalities of your Miappi, especially for those who our relatively new to our platform. See the guide below to learn how to best use this particular feature.
Step 1.
On the Curate page, hover over a desired post to bring up a range of Miappi feature options. Click on the “i” icon to open up the Dashboard Information Panel, a feature designed to provide you with additional information on the posts your Miappi has gathered.
Step 2.
Once the Dashboard Information Panel appears you should be able to view the following information:
- Source: where the content was drawn in from (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
- Rule: whether the post has been flagged by any moderation settings you have in place.
- Folders: any folders the post is located in.
- Duplicated Detection: If the post has been matched by the duplication feature.
Step 3.
To close the pop up simple click the “X” on the top right of the pop up to close the Dashboard Information Panel.
