Showroom Displays for Mercedes Benz

Mercedes-Benz Retail Group (MBRG) is the UK’s largest official retailer of new and used Mercedes-Benz cars. The group’s network of dealerships represents manufacturer brands Mercedes-Benz, Smart and Mercedes-Benz Vans. MBRG uses Miappi to collate content from their owned social channels to then broadcast on their franchise sites where they have Miappi’s Website mode embedded.

As well as serving to showcase their stellar social, the social walls help to reinforce the group’s values, an unerring focus on quality and expertise. As well as using Miappi on an ongoing basis on their franchise sites, MBRG uses Miappi as a campaign tool to surface a mix of content from around various competitions they run under the Smart franchise.

When it comes to the flagship Mercedes-Benz Retail website, the numbers speak for themselves. Within just a year Mercedes has seen a whooping increase in website traffic of 113%, when bounce rate has been consistently decreasing. When compared to what it looked like one year ago, it’s been down by 327%! Lastly, apart from the increased number of sessions, website visitors are finding the site more attractive, thus, we can see a rise in average dwell time and average pages per session, the latter having increased by 106%.
