At their event stand at Confex 2016 in Olympia London, Freeman wanted to challenge people to test their event management knowledge. Miappi made the process of collecting attendees’ questions via social media extremely easy. Following the success of the conference, Freeman decided to utilise Miappi’s visual marketing platform in more marketing channels, namely their internal network of digital screens as well as their corporate website, which resulted in further establishing a stronger relationship between the two companies.

‘38% increase in average number of pages per session’
When it comes to the Freeman UK website, since the implementation of Miappi’s solution in March of 2016, the results have been notable. Comparing the first five months of the integration with the same period of time this year, the site’s bounce rate has decreased by more than 418%. Not only that but there’s been a 5% increase in new traffic, which is demonstrated by a further 11.4% increase in new users, 7% increase in new sessions and a 38% increase in average number of pages per session.
