What Data Do We Collect?

Depending upon your use of our site, we may collect some or all of the following personal and non-personal data:

• Account data; when a user registers to use the Miappi platform, data may be collected including name, business/company name, contact information such as email addresses and telephone numbers, IP address, web browser type and version, operating system, language preference;
• Product usage data; Miappi tracks and record information such as product usage sessions and session data to understand how our customers use our site and functions and so that we can improve those. Tools we use for those purposes include Google Analytics;
• End user information; Miappi collects data about how end users use and interact with Miappi. We use Google Analytics for this purpose and anonymise the collection of personal data such as IP address;
• Social network data; Miappi collects aggregated data from social networks including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. This is in adherence to those networks APIs and End User Licence Agreements.
