Use the Engage feature to request permission for the use of certain content and also as a means of carrying out quality interactions with people who are engaging with your company or a particular campaign on various social media platforms. See below for a full step by step guide on how to use it.
Step 1.
Navigate to the Curate page of your dashboard via the left hand menu.
Step 2.
Hover over the appropriate post and the engage icon will appear along top where possible. Note that the engage feature is currently only available for Twitter and Instagram posts.
Step 3.
Click on the icon and enter the desired message in the pop up box. In the cases whereby you are requesting permission to use content, insert a link your terms and include #yes and #no for them to respond to.
Step 4.
Once you have Previewed the message and are happy with it, click Send and close the pop up. The message will be sent as either a tweet or an instagram comment, depending on what social media platform the content your interacting is posted on. Ensure you have both a Twitter and an Instagram account linked to your Miappi to enable you use Engage across both networks.

Step 5.
Once you have sent your message, the Engage icon will change from white to one of 4 other colours;
Orange: Your message has been queued and is waiting to be sent.
Blue: Your message has been sent.
Green (only when requesting permission for content): Your request has been approved.
Red (only when requesting permission for content): Your request has been denied.
